The Role

Think ABM is recruiting! We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starting account director who is looking for an opportunity to take their career and skillset to the next level. We currently have a position open to join our rapidly expanding sales team and help sell the innovative products and services that are gaining a reputation for excellence and quality in the marketplace.  We’ve got big plans and a highly skilled and determined, entrepreneurial team – come and join us!  

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and track record in the B2B marketing landscape, and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. They’ll also be a quick learner with a growth mindset, who exhibits strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company’s products and services, a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers and what those needs are;
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers;
  • Develop and implement territory action plan and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities;
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories and onboard new logos;
  • Possess in-depth product & industry knowledge and be able to handle objections and build compelling value propositions;
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations;
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers;
  • Coordinate with other members of the Think ABM team to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Five or more years of sales experience within a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM;
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism;
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota;
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
